Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode.

Do you deliver to my city?
We ship across India. If your pincode is very remote, delivery may take a few extra days — message us and we'll check.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by SMS/email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can also message us your order number anytime.

Will my order arrive before Diwali?
Orders placed by 1 November usually arrive before Diwali (8 November). For later orders, WhatsApp us and we'll tell you honestly.

Payments

Is Cash on Delivery available?
No — we accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). This keeps prices low and deliveries fast.

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, one of India's largest payment gateways, with bank-grade security. We never see your card details.

Do you have discount codes?
Buy any 2 or more products and you automatically get 5% off at checkout — no code needed.

Returns & replacements

What if my product arrives damaged or wrong?
Please record an unboxing video and message us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review it with our supplier as per our Refund Policy.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns, as many products are festive and hygiene-sensitive. Please check the product details before ordering, and ask us anything first.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Message us with your order number.

Products

Do the LED diyas need batteries?
Yes, LED diyas run on small button-cell batteries. Please check each product page, and WhatsApp us if you're unsure.

Are your products safe for kids?
Our LED and water-sensor diyas are flameless — no oil, no fire — which makes them much safer around children, curtains and rangoli than traditional diyas. Small parts should be kept away from toddlers.
