By using Utsav Cart and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products: We try to show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
2. Pricing: All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices without notice; your order price is fixed once placed.
3. Orders: We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Payment: All orders must be paid online at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not offered.
5. Liability: Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
6. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Siliguri, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
